Welcome to Vyrse, Inc (“Vyrse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Web3 mobile application with augmented reality (AR) location features (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of Services

• Vyrse provides a platform for exploring location-based augmented reality experiences and interacting with Web3 digital assets.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Web3 wallet and private keys. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
• Do not use the Services for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.

3. AR Location Features

Our App uses device GPS and camera features to enable AR experiences. By using these features, you consent to the collection and use of your location data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Web3 Assets

The App may display or facilitate interactions with NFTs, tokens, or other digital assets. Vyrse does not custody or control these assets. All transactions are conducted via decentralized blockchain networks.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or networks connected to them.
• Use the Services in a way that could harm other users or Vyrse.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Services are the property of Vyrse, Inc or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VYRSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyrse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
